Booking Terms & Conditions
Your booked space is available exclusively for your use for the duration of your booking. A member of BoxTree staff will also be on hand to assist with technology, refreshments and any other needs.
Your booking secures the room for your use and is based on availability at the time of booking. BoxTree Barn is open from 9.00am to 5.00pm on working days but can be made available longer by request. Evening and weekend opening is also available on request.
We use a variety of partners to ensure delivery of your refreshments and reserve the right to change supplier if needed to due unforeseen circumstances.
We welcome payment by bank transfer (BACS) to be paid on receipt of invoice. Full payment is required in advance of your booking.
Catering and additional costs incurred on the day of your booking may be invoiced at a later date once costs are known.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking the following terms apply:
- More than 4 weeks prior to the event: no charge.
- 1-4 weeks prior to the event: 50% charge.
- Less than 1 week’s notice: full charge.
Personal belongings and effects are left on the premises at your own risk and BoxTree cannot be held responsible for any losses.
Any data you supply to us will be stored on our secure server and used only for the purposes outlined in this proposal. Any personal data relating to your participants (eg: dietary requirements) will be destroyed after use.
